These terms apply to your use of the Appraisal Workflow AI website, appraisal workspace, and messaging program.

Using the service

Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. Use the service only for lawful appraisal business and only with information you are authorized to access or share. You are responsible for reviewing order details, property research, financial records, and communications before relying on them. Research and AI-assisted content may be incomplete or inaccurate and require professional verification.

Subscriptions

Any subscription price, recurring billing terms, and cancellation options are presented during checkout and through Billing. SMS consent is separate from a paid subscription.

SMS Terms — Appraisal Workflow AI

With your consent, Appraisal Workflow AI sends appraisal inspection scheduling messages, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, and replies to inspection-related questions. Messages may identify the appraiser or appraisal company coordinating your appointment. Message availability depends on service activation and carrier support.

• Message frequency varies based on your appraisal assignment, appointment, and replies.
• Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider about your plan.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. To request to rejoin, reply START to the sending number.
• Reply HELP for help or contact support@awfia.com.
• Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase, account creation, or receiving appraisal services. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in SMS.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on SMS for emergencies or time-critical notices.

Only recipients who agree to receive the relevant messages should be enrolled. Appraisers must obtain and record consent before initiating texts and honor opt-outs. These terms do not themselves enroll anyone or authorize texting a third party.

Availability and responsibility

Service features may change or be unavailable. The workspace does not replace an appraiser's independent judgment, professional obligations, or source verification. You remain responsible for your appraisal work and approvals.
