Appraisal Workflow AI provides an appraisal order workspace and inspection communication tools. This policy describes information processed through our website and services.

Information we collect

We collect account and company profile information, names, business email addresses, phone numbers, appraisal order and property details, uploaded documents, research notes, appointment information, and invoice and payment records entered into the service. When messaging is used, we process recipient contact information, message content, delivery status, replies, and consent and opt-out records. Service providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, cookies used for sign-in, and security and service logs.

How information is used

We use this information to provide and secure accounts, organize appraisal work, store property packets, coordinate inspections, deliver requested service communications, track records, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider; do not enter payment card details in appraisal notes or messages.

SMS privacy

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS consent and opt-in records are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Providers that deliver messages on our behalf may process the information necessary to provide that service.

Service providers and disclosures

We use hosting, storage, authentication, payment, and communication providers to operate the service. Information is disclosed as needed to provide requested services, to authorized members of the relevant company workspace, or when required by law. Connected services process information under their own policies. Connect only services you authorize and upload only information you are authorized to provide.

Retention and security

We retain information as needed to provide the service, maintain business and consent records, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations. We use access controls and service safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You may update your company profile in the app. To request access, correction, or deletion of information, contact support@awfia.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS. Opting out of texts does not cancel an appraisal assignment or subscription.
